01Build it for you
One engineer. One client at a time.
Your method, built into software.
I read your books, take your courses and watch your keynotes. Then I design, build and deploy the application myself. The next opening is November.

Your expertise is everywhere
except in one place.
Books, courses, keynotes, a podcast or two. Twenty years of knowing what to do. All of it spread across formats that can’t talk to each other.
Someone buys the course and gets the version you recorded in 2021. Someone hears the keynote and gets forty minutes of the best of it. Someone asks ChatGPT and gets a stranger’s summary of your public work.
None of them get you. The method that lives in your head, the one that adapts to the person in front of you, has never been written down in a form a machine can run.
03What happens next
So someone builds you an app.
Then nobody owns it.
Maybe it was a vibe-coding tool. Maybe a freelancer who has since moved on. Either way, it works until it doesn’t, and when it doesn’t, there’s no one to call.
I hear a version of this every month. The app was summoned rather than built. It has your logo on it and none of your judgment in it. It answers questions you would never answer that way.
When a client hits something it can’t handle, it doesn’t tell you. It makes something up, under your name. You carry the risk of that every day, and you can’t see inside it.
04The way I do it
One client at a time.
I build it myself.
I read your books. I take your courses. I watch the keynotes. I turn all of it into a corpus, and then I design an application on top of it, on purpose.
This is intentional design, with your method as the spec. I map how you actually make decisions, where the exceptions are, and what you’d never let a junior say to a client. Then I build the system that holds that line, deploy it, and keep strengthening it as real people put real variance through it.
05What you’re actually getting
Twenty-five years of building software
that had to hold.
Engagements start at $20,000.
Scoped against your method and your numbers, in writing, before you say yes.
- A corpus built from your books, courses and talks, so the application reasons from your work and nothing else.
- Intentional application design: your method mapped as the specification before a line is written.
- Penetration testing, security testing and adversarial red-team work on what I ship.
- Load testing at 100, 1,000 and 10,000 users before anyone real arrives.
- A written cost estimate for running it at 100, 1,000 and 10,000 users, so you know in advance.
- Deployment, monitoring and the fixes afterwards, from the same person who built it.
06Apply
If this is the year it gets built,
let’s find out in one conversation.
Six questions, two minutes. If we’re a fit, you’ll see my calendar straight away. If we’re not, I’ll tell you what the right next step is, and it won’t cost you anything.
